Brynn Marr Hospital’s budget did not allow for the additional of two new wings and the replacement of the EIFS on the existing building.  They chose instead to patch and repair the old façade and to use Sto Lotusan finishes on both new and existing portions.

Sto Lostusan is extremely water repellent, has outstanding resistance to soiling and improved resistance to mold, mildew and algae.  When it rains the dirt flows off.  For lowering maintenance cost there is nothing quite like Lotusan.
