This Project connects Winston-Salem’s Arts and Cultural disctrict to the north with its historic civic district to the south. Spanning five stories and nearly 70,000 square feet, the building offers diverse perspectives through its design, inspired by kaleidoscopic geometric forms. The Exterior features over 160 EPS shapes, creating a faceted look, with an EIFS finish that ensures a self cleaning, super hydrophobic surface resembling limestone. Brightly colored triangular accents and vibrancy to the predominantly white exterior.

Sectors We Serve
Second Wind Solutions works on projects across healthcare, hospitality, commercial, residential and government sectors. Our healthcare work includes East Cooper Medical Center in Charleston and specialized coatings at Brynn Marr Hospital. In hospitality, we have worked on the Westin Brier Creek in Raleigh and the Delta Hotel conversion in RTP.
Our commercial and residential projects include Galleries NODA and Dilworth South in Charlotte, along with West Village and The Brannan in Durham. We also completed an addition for the US Embassy in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
Restoration is a large part of our work. Coastal properties like Ocean Point in Ocean Isle and Grand Villa in Atlantic Beach rely on our EIFS repair and stucco restoration services.
