Sto’s Gold Coat Air & Moisture Barrier System both protects the underlying substrate from moisture intrusion as well as helps stop air infiltration. The liquid applied system seals the building, thus the integrity of the building is protected and utility costs are reduced.  Sto Gold Coat was incorporated into the building envelope as part of GHS Ambulatory Care, a medical building in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
